Summary: All in all it was a good experience. Breakfast wasnt the best, 3 star if you ask me, the rooms are clean, wish they had caffeine coffee in the room enought for multiple cups, it could use some attention . 4 out 5 ..

Summary: Great location right off of I35. Lots of places to eat and a Walmart in walking distance. (The family owned pizzaria next door is AMAZING!!!!!!). Staff was incredibly polite and helpful. Breakfast was above average for your simple free hotel breakfast. Pool/patio was unimpressive. Some chairs were broken and pool was dirty. Mattresses were comfortable. Rooms were spacious. Expect normal older hotel issues like chips in the paint or a potential small stain on the carpet.

Summary: My room was very clean, but, all other areas are very run down and in need of attention. The carpets are ripped and stained. There was a huge, dead, roach in the waiting area for the elevators, the elevators are just run down and filthy. My room was clean, but, again, stained carpets. I chose not to eat at the hotel after seeing the dead roach. The staff was great and aside from the stained carpet in my room, it was very clean. They provided plenty of clean towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner. If i could base my review on just my room alone, it would be very good. Once walking out the door, the common area are lacking.

Summary: Room felt very dated, cold tile floors, the blackout curtains were torn and I found the stopper to the tub under the sink vanity The flower beds in the front needed maintenance
